Refund & Return Policy

At Sprinkl & Co, we want you to love your order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, we’ll make it right — no stress, no hoops.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you right away.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we’re not able to accept general returns or exchanges for things like size, color, or change of mind. But if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always take care of it.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and we’re unable to cancel.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your local post office. If it still doesn’t turn up, reach out — we’ll help you figure out next steps.
