At Sprinkl & Co, every order is made with care and shipped as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how your goodies make their way to you.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During holidays or high‑volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned or lost, we’re unable to replace it for free. If you catch the mistake quickly, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll update it if production hasn’t started.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it:
- Check with neighbors or your building office
- Look around porches, mailrooms, or alternate delivery spots
- Contact your local post office for details
If it still doesn’t turn up, reach out — we’ll help you figure out next steps.
International Customs & Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These are not included in the purchase price.
